I have a lot of experience teaching, and enjoy new challenges, new ways of working, and meeting new people.
I adjust the courses to the needs and wishes of the group. Mostly I mix theory, practice, and reflection.

DALCROZE EURHYTHMICS
Dalcroze Eurhythmics is a method of teaching music through movement. The teaching often takes place in groups and includes elements of improvisation and cooperation in various forms.
About me
I am professor at the Royal College of Music in Stockholm, and have a background as Eurythmics teacher, music teacher, and psychology teacher. I take part in workshops, courses and conferences of various kinds, both in Sweden and internationally. I am also active as an author.
